Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley over their leaked engagement and proposal video, Us Weekly reports.
According to the report, Kim and Kanye are not happy about the video of Kanye getting down on one knee and popping the question to Kim getting out.
Although Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did reportedly film the engagement for “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” the couple are angry that the video got out for all to see before it aired on the E! reality series.
“Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else,” the lawsuit says.
While many have already watched the video of Kim and Kanye’s engagement, the footage was grainy, had no sound, and was shot from far away.
It’s unclear how much Kardashian and West are suing for.
